Broker Introducer Agreement
As a Broker Introducer you introduce clients and manage the deal on their behalf. You retain the full broker fee upon successful completion.
Terms of This Agreement
- Parties. This agreement is between Fast Finance Online Limited ("the Company") and the Broker Introducer named below ("the Introducer").
- Role. The Introducer agrees to introduce potential clients to the Company and to manage the deal on the client's behalf throughout the process. The Introducer acts as the primary point of contact between the client and the Company.
- Commission. Upon successful completion of a transaction introduced by the Introducer, the Introducer retains 100% of the broker fee agreed in respect of that transaction. Payment will be made on the same day as completion.
- No Advice. The Introducer acknowledges that Fast Finance Online Limited and its employees do not give financial advice or recommendations on any product or service promoted by Fast Finance Online Limited. The products and services promoted are for business purposes only and are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
- FCA Status. Where the Introducer is FCA authorised, they confirm that all introductions are made in accordance with their regulatory permissions. Where the Introducer is not FCA authorised, they confirm that all products introduced are for business purposes only and do not constitute regulated activity.
- Confidentiality. The Introducer agrees to keep confidential all information relating to the Company's clients, products, pricing, and processes.
- Compliance. The Introducer will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with introductions made under this agreement.
- Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days' written notice. Commission due on completions prior to termination will still be paid.
- Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
